How to delete your account.
You can remove your Quippy account and its data from inside the app, or ask us to do it for you. Here is what happens either way.

Delete in the app
Deleting your account takes a few taps:
- Open Quippy and tap the Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings gear at the top of Profile.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete account in the window that appears.
Your account signs out on this device and your data starts being removed right away.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details, including your display name, age, and profile photo.
- Your practice history, saved scenarios, and progress.
- Your sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be used.
- Your analytics profile and the records tied to it held by our providers.
We remove your data from the live Service right away when you confirm. It clears from our systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. A few records we are legally required to keep, such as tax and billing records, stay only as long as the law requires.
Delete by email
If you cannot open the app, or you would rather we handle it, email hello@quippyapp.com from the address on your account. We will confirm who you are, delete your account, and let you know when it is done. We respond within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires.
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. If you subscribe to Quippy Plus, manage or cancel it in the App Store or Google Play under your subscriptions.
